Concrete

All Natural Sports concrete elements and components come with a 10 year guarantee against material and manufacturing defects. This does not include natural wear and tear and vandalism.

Due to the manufacturing process some small cracks and salt efflorescence may occur and should be expected. These defects will not affect the performance of the element in any way. Where applicable, colour differences and rough surface finish are intended.

Steel

All Natural Sports steel components come with a 10 year guarantee against material and manufacturing defects. This does not include natural wear and tear and vandalism.

Fixings

All fixings come with a 10 year guarantee against material and manufacturing defects. This does not include natural wear and tear and vandalism.

Exceptions

Joint Filling is considered a maintenance issue therefore does not carry any form of guarantee against material, installation and manufacturing defects.

The guarantee on all Natural Sports products may be invalidated if they are not installed to our recommendations and maintained to our care guidelines.

Other Products

All other Natural Sports components come with a 5 year guarantee against material and manufacturing defects unless specifically stated.

This does not include natural wear and tear and vandalism.

• 5 Years on Technix Safety Surfacing.
• 5 Years on Wet Pour Safety Surfacing.
• 5 Year on Installation works carried out by Natural Sports.

Exceptions

The guarantee on all third party products may be invalidated if they are not installed to our recommendations and maintained to our care guidelines.
